Northwest August

Big Room, 1948, by Andrew Wyeth

Open windows wide
let soft breezes warm the house
soak up dazzling beams
leave the fire unlit until
clouds prevail and sun retreats

I'm not a robot. I've never been a robot. I never will be a robot and I resent having to waste time proving it. Please get rid. Nearly everyone else has. I can see the point of WV on financial/shopping sites etc, but on poetry blogs? Perleeeese!
